This regional specialty is prepared according to the traditional recipes, and served in selected restaurants and inns. “Ostalb Lamb” stands for traditional shepherding to save the juniper prairies, traditional animal raising on self-grown food without genetic manipulation. This is why “Ostalb Lamb” is noted for its quality. The project “Ostalb Lamb” is a LEADER project (LEADER means the cooperation of activists for the development of the rural areas).
